Meet Lethukuthula Noxolo Mdluli aka ilovelethu, a talented South African female recording artist and songwriter. Having
started recording from the age of 14, songstress ilovelethu writes and performs Afro House, AmaPiano and Afro-Pop
music. A part of the new-school of recording artists, ilovelethu built her career by participating in various music camps
where teams of talented producers and vocalists pool together to make great music. Her eccentric voice and captivating
compositions made her a favourite resulting in multiple colab releases with both up-and-coming and well established
local acts.
No longer a stranger to the limelight, ilovelethu has appeared on television shows like Massive Music (Mzansi Magic), Crispy Fresh (Channel O) and has collaborated with Mzansi’s cream of the crop including Heavy K, Toss, Robot Boii and Sir Trill. Her 2025 single, ‘Shona ’ with Sami Kay and Zayno XIII has achieved phenomenal results, breaking into RadioMonitor South Africa Top 50 songs. The single has also enjoyed strong TV rotation securing exclusive premiers on both MTV Base and Channel O. ilovelethu’s latest single ‘Sawubona’ with Lington and DeeJayKgotsi premiered on the highly coveted Spotify editorial playlists SoulPiano and New Amapiano. Combined with song writing credits on Ami Faku’s projects and an Afro-Pop album on the horizon, one can safely affirm that ilovelethu’s future in the showbiz industry is bright.
